Cocoa Beach Weddings can assist non residents
in obtaining a Florida marriage license by mail. We provide you
with the forms and instructions needed to apply for your Florida
marriage license through the mail. The marriage license can
be used anywhere in the state of Florida and is valid for 60
days from the date of issue. Residents of countries other than
the United States also can use this service, however, those
countries without notary public service are not eligible

Florida residents cannot receive a marriage
license by mail
If you don’t have time to go to the courthouse
or don’t want to spend part of your vacation getting a marriage
license, this service is for you. It’s also great for those
who simply would rather have their marriage license in hand
before leaving home.
For $25, we provide you with the required
forms, instructions, and assistance as required. Please allow
a minimum of 8 weeks to receive the marriage license.
